Hard-find compressor on a Mitsubishi FTO

It's not an easy job to change the air-cond parts which hide deeply inside the complex engine system.

It's a challenge once you can't find the exactly same air-cond compressor. Some modifications are required to be conducted on the air-cond hoses and brackets.

This customer has visited us for 3 times, spending the whole day with us. Appreciate for his understanding and consideration.

This is the last day we met him. Doing a simple service - cleaning his cabin filter.

Leakage detect on car air-cond cooling coil

Easy way to detect the leakage from a car air-cond cooling coil 

1. Wash the cooling coil with soap powder & brush

2. Using soap powder & sponge to wash the cooling coil

3. Spray away the soap liquid from the coil with water until it's clean

4. Place the coil into the water to detect where the leakage is

5. A leakage was found by looking at the bubbling in the water

There are few ways to solve such problem, but the ultimate way is 

to replace a new one if you've used it for long ages.
