Hard-find compressor on a Mitsubishi FTO
It's not an easy job to change the air-cond parts which hide deeply inside the complex engine system.
It's a challenge once you can't find the exactly same air-cond compressor. Some modifications are required to be conducted on the air-cond hoses and brackets.
This customer has visited us for 3 times, spending the whole day with us. Appreciate for his understanding and consideration.

This is the last day we met him. Doing a simple service - cleaning his cabin filter.

Operation done on a Denso car air-cond compressor
Car air cond compressor
As the heart of the car air cond system, a compressor is a belt driven pump that is fastened to the engine. It has an intake side and a discharge side for compressing and transferring refrigerant gas. It plays a very important role in the system. For better understanding on the compressor, now we have conducted a "big" operation on a Denso.Just to share few photos on its internal piston structure here...
